The highly anticipated remake of the hit US series Suits is coming to the OSN+ app. Written by Mohamed Hefzy and Yasser Abdel Mageed, Suits Arabia features an all-star cast from the Arab world, in roles that are based on the characters from the original show.
Who’s who?
Directed by Myriam Ahmadi and produced by Tarek El Ganainy, Suits Arabia has been three years in the making. The stars aligned to bring together a dream cast, with Asser Yassin playing Zein (Harvey in the original), Ahmed Dawoud as Adam (Mike), Saba Mubarak as Farida (Jessica), Mohamed Shahin as Kadri (Louis), Reem Mostafa as Camila (Donna) and Tara Emad as Leila (Rachel).
Fun facts
Set in Cairo, the law firm in the series is called El Messeiri-Zidan, named after characters Zein and Farida. The show’s makers worked with a renowned law firm in the region to ensure that the cases featured in the US series could be adapted – if something didn’t fit, the writers took inspiration from local cases instead.

A show set at a prestigious law firm wouldn’t be complete without the power outfits of its employees. Keen to get the look of the characters just right, the show’s team partnered with Egyptian designer Hatem Hafez, founder of luxury brand Orange Square, which is known for its high-end suits that are often spotted on celebrities at red-carpet events.
