Poor experience

The latest update reverted the iPhone XS Max resolution support so it now looks like a scaled up iPhone X app and using the in-app “Send Feedback” button to send an e-mail doesn’t work, as they automatically reject all e-mails. This is not a great way to keep in touch with the community!
