I love the way it is concieved
User friendly and smooth working.
One question(or issue?)- why can’t i see the notification messages somewhere in the app? I receive the alert but the notification is nowere to be found in the app. On iOS15.
Other then that, keep it up. ☺️
Worst customer service ever
I have already been fooled 2 times by About You. One time I placed an order of 3 items, out of which one did not arrive at all and one was replaced with another item. On top of that, I have waited almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive. This time I placed another order of 3 T-shirts and I received an email that tells me one of them is not in stock anymore. Why can I add something to my cart if then it is not in stock?!?! Again, on top of that, the order was said to arrive on the 11th and today is already the 17th and my order did not arrive, nor have I been contacted by them to tell me my order is late and when it will arrive. I e-mailed them but no one got back to me. I am no longer buying from About You ever again, and I advise everyone reading this review to not order from them as well. Crap service!!!!!!!!!!
The products are great, but the customer experience is poor
The app is really user friendly and the products are nice, with so much diversity and good quality, but the customer experience is kinda poor.
First of all the products are delivered late, more than 3 days for a delivery is a lot taking into consideration that some competitors deliver the products the next day of the order placement.
The return policy is not that great. If you want to return a product you will get your money back in 14 days after receiving a confirmation email which is also a lot .
If the orders were delivered faster and the return policy wasn’t that inefficient this app would have been a really great app.
