Hail Dragons!

We are slowly getting ready for the next big update. But this time the update is not all technical. Here's the list:
- Rebalanced the Dragon Power level recommended for entering the Tomb of Horror.
- Added the re-roll for gold button near the re-roll for watching the advertisement button, for players who explicitly asked for this option to avoid ads.
- Fixed bug with cards, potions and artifacts staying locked until tapped in the Dragon Power. Now, they will become available as soon as the player reaches the relevant Dragon Power level.
- Fixed level 13 of Catch! card.
- Minor technical fixes and tweaks.
