Please fix it quick !
I really like the app! I use it very often and the editing effects are amaizing ! But yesterday it appeard a hlitch or someting that I can’t export the video and it wasn’t because of I used a member ship effect I just coudn’t export it and after 2 trys it was glitch. It was just the picture no sound and no movings. Please fix this glitch or what this is because I can’t export anything on the app so practicly I can’t do anything on the app because it is glitchy to when I edit my video ! Just please fix it quicly.
Account mismatch
hi! before starting to tell about my problem i wanna say that this app si very useful and amazing! But i have a problem… I bought the pro version from app store and when i try to scan a link it tells me it’s an account mismatch, and it tells me to log in on the account i have the subcription and i think that account it’s linked with facebook and when i try to log in with facebook it tells me it’s an error and the app is not active. So my question is how can i change my subcripion or make another one on another account?
a very big problem
i enjoy using this app very much, but in the new 4.0 update i can’t close the automatic pop up. i mean, when i try to enter a project, it gives me the later stuff!!!” screen and i can’t close it with X. you can see how this can be a big problem, since i can’t, you know, use your app. i deleted and reinstalled alight motion, lost all my projects, but it’s still not working. if it weren’t for this bug i’d probably rate it 5/5 even with its infamous crashing. i don’t know if i’m the only one with this problem. i also have no idea what to do, since no one’s talked about it yet.
