The app not working properly on IOS, after every payment that I made, the application is getting stuck, I need to force logout and login again, in order to complete the payments.

Worst banking app experience

The fact that I have to login every-time with the credential’s and token in the app in the era that every bank app has the possibility to login withFace ID and pin is unbelievable. Also there isn’t a session store for lets say 30 minutes. If you close the app you have to login with all those credentials and token every-time.
I made a transfer and now I don’t know if the transfer was made because after i pressed the continue button it stayed on login for a long time and i had to get back in the app to be able to use the app again. But when i try to find out if the transfer was made is not possible because the transfer is not visible anywhere even if I confirmed it in the token application.
The paste option is the worst feature of the application it doesn’t work almost every-time for sure you have to try at least 2-3 times and hope to work.
Please start developing applications like your competitors because from what I see you have the worst application and mobile friendly app.
I would suggest to develop an dedicated app from scratch because the current one seems to be a web simulated one that destroys the user experience.

App needs improvement

1. Application is not working properly all the time. Sometimes, after you make a transaction, simply stops. Then, you have to log in again.
2. Copy / Paste is a nightmare. You have to click 2-3 times for a Paste command.
3. Last month, I’ve experienced a problem trying to transfer money on Credit Card. It simply doesn’t work. Alternatively, you have to use the website application.
