Description
The Apple Store app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories. Get recommendations based on the Apple products you already own. Find out which accessories are compatible with your devices. Easily upgrade to a new iPhone from your current one. Keep track of your orders wherever you go. And sign up for hands-on sessions in store. You can even use Apple Pay to check out from your iPhone when you visit a participating Apple Store.
Note that the Apple Store app and certain features are available only in selected countries.
How your data is used
To confirm compatibility and recommend products, the app will only access the name, model and part number of devices linked to your Apple ID. To turn off this feature, go to My Devices in Account Settings.

Is this a joke?
I'm traveling, and I have some issue with my MacBook Pro. I thought I should download this app to make an appointment at the closest Apple store. That sound easy but in fact is such a laborious process because after installing the application it asks me to chose a region, and my region (Romania) doesn't show up on the list. Then I reinstalled the app and decided to go with the UK. After closing the UK I couldn't find the Apple Store from Vienna, there were only UK Apple Stores...
Useless application! One star is too much.
The experience is terrible
The app tells me that I need to update it, I click to update and it redirects me to the app store. I click to update in the app store and nothing happens. My language preference is set to English, but for whatever reason, the Apple store app ignores the preference and pushes the local language upon me, therefore I made a wrong Apple store appointment. It is just senseless. Gg apple!
