fashion contest glitch!!

hello! so, i have been playing this game for 2 years now and i was thrilled to discover the fashion contest update. but recently, at the silver stage of the classic nike contest, when i tried to open the results, my game crashed. later, i tried reopening it. when i checked the results, the usual prize screen wouldnt appear; i have been shown that list of the winners. however, i checked and saw that i was placed on the 8th position. i was so excited! i immediately checked, but i havent gotten any reward; my bank balance remained the same. then, i checked for the fashion star badge, which i known as it would be given to those who placed in the top 10 in a fashion contest (again, i was the 8th). but it was locked!! please, can you help and tell me a way i can fix this and get my rewards? 🥺 also, when i try to check the results, the images of the outifts wouldnt load. and ive also discovered that lately when i try to join a contest, after i exit the app and reenter it, it deletes my subscription, but doesnt give me my money back. what should i do? please help me as soon as possible!!❤️

I like this game. It's great and I recommend it to everyone who wants to explore a virtual world without cost. I congratulate you for creating this game and supporting you because you update this advanced game every day. It seems to me that I remember the days when the game did not have so much upgrades and conditions as it is now. Because you wanted and you could, and we all older and newer players have supported you! If you can, I can recommend a long time project. Be a city and we can go to the street without going to Social Spots, so we can benefit from an advanced feature of this game and guarantee that we will advance further: travel with: car, bus, metro, bus , any vehicle that will take us somewhere in that city / country. I give you five stars to be serious, it's worth it! I just pray to you: to solve the old problems TAPJOI OFFER THE WALL I have not been going for a long time. Hello avakin. I have a problem with the underage user problem. I am over the age of 13. I installed avakin life after taking a pretty long break and I saw that when i entered the game, my account was suspended because I was an underage user. I tried to fix the problem by using your Avakin Life Player Support system but whenever it told me that they would send me a link to verify my age through ID, i never got any. It still tells me to this day that my account is under suspension and that in 30 days it will be deleted. I will be very disappointed if it gets deleted because i spent money and a lot of my time on this game and it would be such a disappointment for it to be deleted for a misunderstanding. Its been telling me this for a long time and I am afraid that my account is deleted right now, which i hope not. I would wish to speak to one of your team members about this problem because the Player Support is not helping at all. It isn’t answering my questions clearly, and it doesn’t give me any links so i could verify my age. Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible because I do miss playing this game, and being an og player, it breaks my heart seeing that the game which it once was my favorite is doing such things.
