Baby + | Your Baby Tracker 12+

The app is great for mommies ❤️ I’ll give it 5 stars, however I’d love to see some improvements and new features.

New features related to sleep patterns for every age period, would be really helpful. Something similar to Sweet Spot from Huckleberry, maybe even smarter.

Also, noticed a little bug when traveling and changing the timezone, the sleep schedule got really messy and the full day column is now blue. The product dev team might wanna look into it.

Ne bucurăm mult să aflăm că îți plac conținutul și caracteristicile. Apreciem feedback-ul utilizatorilor pentru că ne ajută să îmbunătățim aplicația. Te rugăm să ne trimiți un e-mail prin intermediul aplicației, folosind butonul Contactează-ne din Profil (dreapta sus) cu orice sugestiile tale și cu problema întâmpinată. Îți dorim numai bine.

So I first came by Health and Digital+ apps through Pregnancy+, at the beginning of my pregnancy, back in May 2020, when I was scouring the App Store for the perfect pregnancy tracker and support app. I was really enjoying that app and all its features, so I figured I’d switch to Baby+ when my baby was born, in January 2021. The app is great - I would personally recommend adding a “dark mode” option - but other than that, I find it really easy to use and extremely helpful, with lots of articles to help you better understand and tend to a baby and with a variety of cool features (my personal favourites being the milestone calendar, that gives you an idea for when big motor or social milestones should take place and through which you can track your baby’s own development and the “Moments” section, where you can add all your baby’s firsts).

The only reason I am not giving the app a perfect 5 star-rating is because I did encounter a problem with their data&account migration process which blocked my access to the app for more than a month (so now I have a huge gap in all my trackers that I cannot fill by simply manually transferring from another app all the data that I tracked while the issue lasted), but mine seemed to be a particular situation, their support team did eventually come up with a solution to it and I am happy that I did not lose any of the data I previously uploaded! All in all, a good customer experience! :)

This was a highly unusual issue which was very unique to your device, which is why our current workarounds did not work for you, and therefore, we tried to gauge a better understanding of the issue, which is why we asked for screenshots and more questions from you. We completely understand that it wasn't convenient for you to be answering many questions, and we’re working hard to find a solution with our developers to ensure this does not happen again for other customers.

As promised in our email communications with you, we have recovered your data, and you have now regained access to your account.

So i’ve been using this app ever since my baby was born, and it is just fantastic. It has very helpful little blog posts, guidelines, trackers for everything you really need to know and remember about your kids health and day to day activity.

HOWEVER, today everything ive been tracking for the past 8 months has completely vanished. I have no logs for sleep, feeding, solids, diapers. Everything seems to be completely deleted from the data base and i see no option of restoring at least part of it from a back up. I am very disappointed, i have no idea why this happened all of a sudden
