spam app
I installed this app as an alternative to the other Chinese big vendor. I won’t talk about prices cause that depends on the vendor. But if want to be spammed daily with newsletters and app notifications then this app is for you (-> sarcasm). After you give them your e-mail address you’re doomed: the unsubscribe links from the “newsletters” don’t work, the account setting to opt-out from e-mail doesn’t work, live chatting with support doesn’t do it either! Ifyou don’t want to get app notifications you can either block them all or block none of them. (you at least want to be notified about your order status so you get useless spam with it). It also seems to be impossible to get your banggood account canceled: you don’t have such option in your account setting, only option is to e-mail customer support. After several e-mails trying to convince them to delete my account they just stopped answering and the spam keeps coming! My conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Loading issues
After the last update, application fails to load the menu options. It requires multiple closings and openings for it to work. Wifi or 5g, same issue. Deleted it and reinstalled it, the same thing. Is there a patch to solve this ? It s pretty annoying.
