Improvements:
- Mark individual e-mails as starred from mailbox and after opening e-mail
- Mark selection of e-mails as starred / unread from mailbox
- Filter on starred / unread e-mails from mailbox
Bug fixes:
- Adding image to an e-mail returned an incorrect message that file size is too big
- When printing an e-mail the date and time was displayed in Zulu time format
- Not possible to change the date of uploaded file
- Template codes in the subject of an e-mail template weren't filled
