How it’s works

Select your sound in the proper category and set up a time for your practice. The sound will continue to play in the background so you can use other apps while using it. When time runs out, you don't need to worry about closing it when you fall asleep or end your practice, relaxation app will close by itself. You can also set reminders about sleep time or another practice on necessary days of the week.
