Nobody cares about your issues
I found out about this app and I have deposited some euros on saturday (19th of march) , after this I have recieved an e-mail in which they said that the transaction that I have made has to be manually approved and that I have to wait between 1-3 business days. This was a very bad situation for me as I wanted to buy cardano (the price that saturday was 0,85). After 6-7 e-mails and 3 tickets regarding the issue I have recieved 2 e-mails from 2 employees from the customer service (one on monday and one on tuesday) both first telling me that they have to look into the issue and in the second one telling me that I have to be patient. What kind of service is this? What cryptocurrency exchange platform keeps you waiting for that long? By the way,it’s thursday and the price of cardano is now 1,13. I have still got 58 euros into my account but I am waiting for my money to be deposited so that I can withdraw It because you can withdraw at least 100 euros. This is the fourth business day,still nobody answering. Stay safe!

Worst app ever
This is the worst application ever and the fact that it includes your own money and personal details makes it even worse. You expect it to be something really complex and user friendly, but it's just awful. One star is too much.
