Terrible service
After locking up my funds for 1 week due to their sms service not working, they finally answer my ticket then 2 hours later they close my account.
Avoid. There are services out there that don’t lock up your funds then ignore you then close the accounts.

Hi, we comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Unfortunately, these obligations prevent us from disclosing additional details about why an account is (temporarily) closed. In these instances, we ask for your understanding as we assure you that we will only close an account after careful consideration.
Also, we are not ignoring incoming messages. In the beginning of the year, we couldn't get back to customers in time as we expanded quickly and suddenly didn't have enough staff to meet the ticket numbers anymore. This issue has been fixed. 💜
Password reset issues
App forgot my password, used to work before with my fingerprint no longer does, when trying to reset the password throws a json parse error unrecognized token ‘<‘
