BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus 4+

I like the app, but I have a bad thing about the pasager cancel ability. The pasager books the ride, if he doesn’t want to go he can cancel the ride even is 2 hours before the ride, this thing make the driver to lose a client because nobody books a ride in the last 2 hours or less. I think that it could be a BAN for people who books a ride and cancel the ride when is less the 10 hours for example or the driver receive some money or something because is not his fault. Thanks!

That “exact location” feature should be perfectly detailed/explained on how it works. Can be confusing especially for new BlaBlaCar users.

If the driver is willing to get the passanger from a closer or another location then the one set as departure, could also be an option/checkmark when offering a ride.

Where is My Alerts section? I’ve set few alerts that I no longer need as I’ve found another way to reach where I wanted, and I’m still getting email alerts that I can’t stop them as I can’t find where from within the app. This is the worst experience adding the fact that I’ve unchecked email alerts and left only normal notifications in the app. Now my email is flooded with tens of offers that I don’t need. Really bad experience here.

Contacting the driver: for an app that I think was made to facilitate fast travelling, it is like you struggled to make contacting the driver, the worst experience. I just want to find a way to ‘go there’, call the driver and quickly clarify the details, and get there.

Please help, this app has huge potential, good development but small things like my alers can make us the users, just uninstall the app.

I don't understand why do you have to re-adjust the bounding boxes of our profile pictures? Whatever plicture I upload, my face looks like a creep because it zooms on it too much.
Also, why is the boost option enabled by default? I never use it and after posting a new ride I always have to go disable it manually, it's very annoying.
Other users already mentioned the fact that many passengers canceling last-minute is a real problem. Why is it not being addressed?
And last but not least, you pay for this app yet there is absolutely no way to contact directly without going through some useless forms first, and often you get lost there.
Passenger fees are a bit high for what it has to offer.
