As a long-time user who initially purchased the app for its promised features, I am deeply dismayed by the sudden imposition of subscription requirements without prior notification or consent.

Upon attempting to navigate the application's functionalities, I encountered considerable confusion regarding the specific type of screenshot required for its operation. Despite diligent efforts to understand and utilize the app effectively, the lack of clarity proved to be a significant obstacle.

Furthermore, the transition to a subscription-based model represents a breach of trust between the developer and the users. The statement, "Previously, I paid for this application and after a period of usage, it has transformed into a subscription-based service," encapsulates the frustration and disappointment experienced by many users, myself included.

In light of these developments, I urge the developer to reconsider its approach and provide a transparent and user-friendly experience for its customers. Additionally, I request a prompt and full refund for the funds invested in this application, as its current state renders it obsolete and unusable.

Overall, my experience with this application has been marred by confusion and dissatisfaction due to the sudden transition to a subscription-based service. I hope that the developer will take heed of user feedback and strive to rectify these issues in the future.
