Horrible customer service!!!!
I don’t know whom they hired this week but all my orders were missing items and received the bag without a receipt which is illegal!!!!!! I haven’t had a resolution via chat in 16h, just two standard rob- messages and still no resolution. Please re-write your messages to sound like it’s being written by an actual human customer care representative. Awful, nobody cares about having back the balance for the wrong item every time something goes wrong. Every time something goes wrong it’s a step closer to delete the app not to order again, LOL.
Worst customer support and policy
1 out of 3 missing item and the items that came were done with the wrong ingredients. Now that would be the restaurant’s issue but when you contact support they give u their rule 9.1 that states they’re only responsible for the delivery and that it needs to get sorted by yourself with the restaurant. Why am I paying for a service which might require me to go by myself to the restaurant and fix it? Their support teams are made out of kids who just turned adults and copy/paste for a living and play games while at work or whatever. I had to order a second time just so I’d get all items but again with the wrong ingredient , and again no help from the support team they only spam u with big copy paste texts and their ,,9.1” rule. Big invading corporation that wants all the market but doesn’t offer support. Wasted 2 hours of my life , had my dinner rescheduled and in general a big waste of time.. welcome to the new world of greedy inhumane corps.

Going Down as service quality
Your delivery men seem to go from bad to worse. I had a very bad experience lately. He went all over the neighborhood for 15 minutes, not finding a simple address, incapable of reading street name and number although written in every corner of the street and building. I suppose he’s even extremely stupid or he had mental problems. And he was rude !! Saying that my address is incorrect (same address other deliverers seem to find easily, same and only address for 2 years)
Also delivery time is increasing due to food being ready to be delivered but the delivery person getting to the restaurant much later than that.
And I have to say that it’s the worse idea to give a tip prior to actually getting the order (as your application asks you), this should come as a final stage, after you get the food- in time and by a sane delivery person!
