Missing support

The game is catchy, but there is a major issue with the customer support. As far as I see, there is none. I’ve encounter a couple of problems / bugs, wrote to customer support inside the gaming platform but I got no reply. It is not ok

It’s pretty boring

it’s all about money

it has almost nothing to do with the comercial - definitely not a bridge building logical game but a war strategy game and if you want to be between the winners then you have to pay- a lot and spend a lot of time on it - it’s really all about money. No customer service in the game when you have a question.
