The inability to progress due to the game not providing the necessary elements for completion is a severe flaw. The core concept requires players to place three passengers of the same color onto a corresponding bus. This mechanic should, in theory, provide a straightforward yet challenging puzzle-solving experience. However, the game is marred by a significant flaw: sometimes, it only provides two passengers of the required color, making it impossible to continue or complete the level. Moreover sometimes the bus not opening even if the passenger had same color.
