ABOUT CARDIIO
Blood absorbs light. Every time your heart beats, the blood flow to your finger increases, causing more light to be absorbed. In between beats, less light is absorbed. By using your smartphone camera to capture tiny changes in reflected light from your finger, Cardiio can calculate your heart rate.
**IMPORTANT TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
• ALWAYS hold your phone steady, keep still, and don’t talk during a measurement.
• Make sure your fingers are not cold.
• Cover the entire back camera lightly with your finger; Don't press too hard to avoid restricting blood flow to your finger.

Good app could improve measuring
The app is good and not bloated like others however the measurement time and accuracy could be improved a little. For what it is, it's doing the job fine just take care where you place your finger.
Pretty accurate
Being pregnant my heart beat is take often by the physician and is the same like how the app is showing.

Igot cardio app and i realized how bad shape is my body, i promised myself to quite smoking and loose weight to get fitness back of my only body gifted to me.
