Problems with events rewards.

A relaxing game but unfortunately the game support it s not present. I spent money on this game buying items and even after that when I sent e mails during workly hours they didn t respond or just respond without giving me the rewards of the events. The global event is not giving rewards and I played this game for at least 3 months on a daily base. Now I regret both the money spent and the time invested.
