THIEVES!! They charge you for nothing

I have premium ulmon. I have app family sharing. I wanted to have premium ulmon on my wife iphone too. I paid once again from my (same) bank account for unlocking premium on her iphone. They took my money. Nothing happened. My wife still does NOT have the premium ulmon I have.
Translation: You are THIEVES!

Hi, Thank you for using our app. Unfortunately we do not have any insight into payments or mechanics like Family Sharing, both is done entirely by Apple. If you have paid twice only Apple can issue a refund. What we can do is to provide a workaround to unlock Premium at the device of your wife.
