We have designed this service to bring all of the latest pensions law developments in the UK straight to your smartphone. We have called this innovation ‘Pensions Law Appraised’ because we want as many people as possible to have relevant pensions law issues raised for them in a way that gets to the heart of the matter, with our expert appraisal of the significance of such developments.
There is a statutory duty on all UK pension scheme trustees to have enough knowledge and understanding of pensions and trust law to carry out their functions, and our app is a great way to help comply with this obligation.
