Connection issue

Hi, I seen that other users wrote the same review about the connecting issues on the App. It’s been few months now since I logged on the app last time. If I log on the website my account is fine with the assets and everything, the wallet app is also working fine, but the trading app is giving the same msg every time I try to log on. I deleted the app and reinstalled it several times with no success. I also looked on the troubleshooting website you posted on a previous review but still no success logging in on the app. Is there an issue with the app that you are working on? Or what is going on please?

Fix this

At first I had to verify my identity… first time it didn’t allow me to write my home address, I only had the possibility to select an address, but I told you about it and you fixed it. Then it didn’t allow me to upload my ID, then you fixed that one as well. Then it asked me for a bank statement but wanted me to take a picture of it. So I had to print out a bank statement, but the app did not accept it and it looked like it wanted my ID again because there was that square on the screen where you are supposed to have the ID. It took me a few weeks to go through all that and now it stopped connecting.
On IOS app I cannot login any more, on your website I can.
Every time I try to log in on iOS or your website I have to confirm it is me connecting, by following a link you email, but the link doesn’t work on windows, however it works on iOS. So the only way I can connect is to open the website from the phone and then confirm it is me, with the link that I open in the same browser on the phone. If I open that link on a different browser it doesn’t work, again.

Connection trouble

It's been 2 months since I cannot log in the app, I keep receiving "connection trouble" (the same problem of which is complaining a lot of people). I tried to contact support... but I don't know if I should laught or cry... I felt like we were talking another launguage, I had to repeat same things over and over again many many times until somehow I was understood. In the end, after 1 hour, I repeat, 1 hour in which I felt like I was talking to the walls and then with a monkey (sorry to say) the solutions given to me was "please uninstall and reinstall the app". You said what?!!? (not like I didn't tell you 5 times that I already did that). I never had to deal with such a poor support and never seen an app with a bug like this to not be fixed for such a long time.
PS: don't send me to support, cause like I said, I've already contacted them and don't send me to knowledge base because I've tried everything already. Your app should be banned from app store because simple doesn't work and not just for me, look at the last 100 reviews!
