Issue on iPhone 13
Hi,
I have an K27 Watch and I use it with an iPhone 13. The issue is that the watch cannot update the weather automatically at every hour. It’s written “Watch not paried”. I have to enter în the app in order to update the weather on the Watch. I mentioned that I do not have issues with notifications. Just the weather. Can you please solve this issue? Thanks.
I cannot answer my calls on my watch, or to call someone on my watch.
Hello! As you can see in the title, I cannot call or answer my calls on my watch. The product is still good, but this is kind of upsetting. It might be from my phone (I have iPhone 12) and that might be the reason, or it’s an issue with the app. My step mum with a Huawei, connected with my watch and she can answer or search my contacts on the watch so the issues might be causing from my phone. If you know what to do, please tell me.

I love the both the watch and the app. I receive notification of messages from every app, except whatsapp on iPhone. Is it possible to fix that? Thank you very much!
