Not as accurate as should be
You must add back calibration option to application.
Bugs
Hello, i know u are still updating the app, but lately I’ve had some bugs. I have the latest version of iOS 16, my app is updated.
- Since 2 weeks before I have to restart my phone at least twice everyday because the app doesn’t start, white screen with dexcom logo. It doesn’t work with airplane mode on/off.
- Sometimes when the start message appears, usually with continue to app button on green background, the button isn’t active. Again, restart.
- When I don’t use the phone for few hours (night, at work): warning: sensor lost connection. Phone is near bed or in my pocket.
An issue I noticed
When I go in the Dexcom Clarity reports tab in the Dexcom One app (not the Dexcom Clarity app itself), the app just freezes for 10 seconds before it loads the data, and it even happens when I switch the time period for the report (like when i go from 3 days to 14 days). I would also appreciate if you would make a homescreen or lockscreen widget so I can see my glucose as soon as i open my phone. Also would like if you could make the dexcom alerts classify as urgent notifications and play at max volume no matter if the phone is on mute or focus mode like on the freestyle libre 3 app.
