Really easy to use app and u can find a lot of things on it. Found everything i needed and they arrived great! I always read the reviews for the product and it helps me a lot, Also the pictures are really helpful shipping its pretty Fast and overall it all works great!
Pretty good
I use dhgate all the time, and I never had any issues and this is because I know what to do and how to use it. People who have ranked it low , obviously dont know squat and afterwards they get angry lol. The app itself needs improving but it’s getting there. I like it. 4stars from me!
No Customer service; no warranty on products
Everithing is good until you have a problem. Be aware if you buy electronics or similar items. I bought one item I Could not use one single day; you have no warranty and DH Gate does not help you in any way. Customer service can be improved to be of a use. It can be used just for small or cheap items.
P.S.: After posting this reciew I receive a message from DHGate concerning my order. Should I receive a sign from them that Customer rights are respected, I will update here accordingly.
