Dialer Pro Premium - Subscription (12 months):

Dialer Pro is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to Premium version to unlock all customisation feature, we offer 12 months subscription.

The subscription period will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. To turn this function off, simply go to your iTunes account and turn off auto-renew. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Renewal payments will differ depending on subscription and pricing at the time of renewal. Your iTunes account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

7 days free trial does not seem free

Original review:

Seems false advertising to mention a 7 days free trial only to have to pay the full $2 to activate it. The point of free trials is just that, it's free. There is no difference between paying the full $2 / year subscription or activating the 7 days free trial, both of this options charge you the same amount. I would expect the free trial to be activated on the apple app store account but it's not. As of this review you get 7 days of free trial while you already payed for a full year subscription, does that sound like free trial? Maybe the developers can explain to me this free trial they charge for.

The app is clean and user friendly far better than any alternative I found on the app-store (though it offers some basic functionality only with a subscription). Weird app-store logic, to charge while the app offers trial but alas this is apple 🤣, would have purchased the app if not for the fact that it doesn't group phone calls under the same contact. For example if I call John today several times at different time intervals, it will group all calls under John but if I call John tomorrow, a new John entry will show up under call history with the calls made today. I'm not sure why this feature is missing from all phone apps I tried but it annoys the hell out of me. I'd like to have all phone calls made to John under one entry in call history (no matter if I call John today or in 3 months, I would expect to have all phone-calls under one entry not several), maybe apple doesn't allow this or maybe devs don't find this small thing important.

Hi Alex, our subscription process is working as intended. We monitor all free trial subscriptions, cancellations and conversations. If you have subscribed for a free trial it will go through the normal purchase process, but you won’t be charged on the day of your subscription but after 7 days. Besides, this is managed by Apple AppStore. You can always cancel your subscription at anytime before 7 days trial subscription expires on your iPhone Settings>Profile>Subscriptions. Hope this will helps and we hope you will update your rating as well.
