It was recommended by my German teacher because it's the most useful app to keep you practising when you are not taking German lessons and if you are disciplined enough, it can even completely replace the German courses.
It uses real time scenarios and it provides a lot of useful resources like vocabulary, grammar and delves into German culture like explaining how people greet each other in different regions.
It follows a background narative of a young student visiting Germany and wanting to learn German so it's appealing and fun to follow.
