Very disappointed in your and your partner's Leasys services!

Why?:
- When I did the initial booking and payment there was no mention of an extra fee to be payed if I had a different drop off point from the pick up point of the car. So after I dropped the car in the Naples Airport (after picking it up from Naples Central Station) I received via email an invoice with an extra fee of 70+ Euros for dropping the car in Naples Airport Car Rental Park. If this need of extra feed would have been mentioned to be in the begining or during the paperwork signing at the pick-up location I would have for sure planner for a different itinerary/strategy, but you guys kept this hidden until the very end when this ammount of money will be kept from the 600 Euros that you charged as deposit from the Credit Card.
- I did a booking for a small call for Naples and I was handed a Jeep car. The one place in the world where you WANT a small car because of the heavy and busy traffic, and I was given the opposite.

I have reserved and paid for a car that was never given. False, fraud , steal . I called , they did not help . I emailed recently and still no reply after 3 days.
Update: they replied in an email after a couple of days telling me that I did not read the rules and if I do not have a credit card to block 900 € I cannot get the car. But that was after everything passed, after my holliday. Honestly, this information was not there or was very small written.
Never again!

I really hate to give bad feedbacks, but this company worth 10 minutes from my life for a review.
I booked a car in Faro, Portugal with a lot of options like insurance and other services. When I arrived at the airport they actually told me that the money what I “splashed” for this agency isn’t worth anything, literally they stole 70€ from me.
