Scam app

I installed this app and purchased a premium subscription to send some faxes. There were a lot of issues with the functionality, but that’s not important.
The main issue is that they bill me every month and I am unable to cancel my subscription. They don’t have any option in the app or on the website, if you call the support number nobody will answer, I’ve sent an email and they answered after 2 months with a live chat link where after asking for some personal details they told me that they are only for US and I need to call the UK number (the number that nobody is answering).

Basically, once you paid for a month, they will bill you monthly and you can’t close your account.
