In the latest version of the application, we added additional information on the product screen that makes it easier to choose the size. In addition, we have corrected some errors occurring in the previous version and introduced improvements regarding the stability of the application. Totally recommend!
😍It’s my favorite webshop for shoes and bags. The products are all originals, the services are great! The returns are free - you can try and if the product doesn’t suit you a courier comes and takes it back for free.
👠 It’s ideal for me cause I don’t have time for shopping and I live in a small town with no big shops with quality products.
👟 I also have piatto (platfus) and they have all kind of shoes for my condition. My latest favorite is ARA 👟!
Sadly not fully usable
Product quality is way better than other retailers, however if you need to return a product, the process feels like a scam. First, you don’t get your receipt in the mail or inside the package. I had to waste time with the chat bot until they finally connected me with a person that sent the receipt over chat. Very unprofessional.
Then, there seems to be no way to return the product. The app claims you have no orders you can return, customer support redirects to a desktop page where you fill in a form to ask for your return to be picked up. Then you get a pdf you can’t open with any browser or software that should contain your AWB.
There is no email confirming your return has been registered with the delivery company. Nothing. So yeah, if you’re not sure you’ll keep what you order, better avoid.

Bugs on the app
I do not know what happened to the app recently but it keeps retrieving errors when i add items to the cart. Plus, i am not able to see my products on the cart right away. I have to go refresh couple of times and then sometimes one product appears, sometimes the second one too on my cart list. Also it has been a mixup with the sales i saw, the previous days.
Besides these annoying things, which do make the app unusable for me, i like the whole architecture of the app and the user interface.
