Im giving you today just a star becouse the last update mes all the chat action and like that aliances cant work .. is nit right to let people wait more than 12 hours to fix something and yet nothing you did !! You should think more on your players .. nit all f us play for free btw

Very disappointed

Recently they intruded 3 league for All Stars battle unfortunately they have a building that in order to upgrade they have a requirement and it says “Enter preliminary of the All-Stars battlefield” so many people pushed really hard to qualify and after the final battle finished we those from Elite and Junior All-Stars leagues has the surprise to see that we still can’t upgrade that building after we consumed lot of speeds, time etc.. We messaged customer support and they replied to us we should be actually be in All-Stars Ultimate league in order to upgrade but in the upgrade description there’s nothing mentioned about Ultimate league. Very disappointed and they didn’t even want to return us part of speeds we used in battles. Also not to mention the game becomes more and more pay per play, if you don’t coin like hell, you won’t be able to achieve important tasks

Update: based on developer response I’ve send a support ticket and I received nothing instead they make jokes on me sending me 5000 gems compensation instead on solving my issue!!

Horroble game design

Stay away from this game. It’s just rigged in such a way to steal a pile of your hard earned money and make you quit. Terrible support also. They are like bots.
What made me quit the game in the end was the tavern. On a 800k gems roll campaign I got only 1 queen jendiok and at least 5 instances of any other general. I asked the question if the random probabilities are uniformly distributed among generals and every time I got the same stupid answer: “the probability is random” which is obviously different from what I asked.

[LE] - I see that the same response I got even here in this revew from the developer’s response PR team: “the probability is totally random and fair for every player”.
Did I ask if the probability is random? - NO
Did I ask if it’s fair for all players? NO
The question again was: “Is the random probability UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED AMONG ALL GENERALS?”
Please notice the capital leters since that’s where the answer was not received. The answer can be either YES or NO.

Dear player. Thank you for telling us your feeling. I can really understand your mood. As you are such a loyal and enthusiasm player to our game, I truly would like to help you. But the dropping rate is totally random and fair to every single player. It is like the luck. Sometimes when you have low expectation, the item may come to you by surprise.
