Refund
It is one year from my travel in Italy and because pandemic situation I cancelled this trip; even I pay for two rooms and I ask to cancellation for both rooms, until now you send to me only half of all amount. Please send me the money for my peace and happiness! I should sent this money to my friend IonIosif who still try to belive in me and in your company. Several times I wrote to you and Una Hotel in Napoli and nobody answer; it is incredible for such a big American company!!!!! I don’t understand why you send my a part of refund, while I ask everytime to cancel two rooms ! Nobody can travel in may 2020 in Italy and now is the same situation. My money are somewhere and it is time to came back in my account.I am so tired to ask same think ! Several asks for only 700$!!!

Worst customer experience
I will explain 2 latest problems with them, out of a total of 6-7. Booked a hotel that had onsite parking on their platform but not actually in reality. Their customer support told me to pay the parking and I will receive for refund. After 3 months after my holiday, they said there will not be any refunds as it is my fault, even when I have an official mail stating that. Second issue, had to pay for OOH for car rental, when on their website the provider had 24 hours a day. Had to call in the US several times to receive a refund of 23 euros and had to pay 70 euros for phone bill. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. For Europe there is no customer service, no ticketing system, you have to explain every time, same story over and over again. They will put you on hold till the call ends. You end up on paying extra than your initial booking, and don’t expect that someone will help from Expedia. Bunch of scammers, that are partnered with the hotels, so that the hotel will tell is Expedia fault, and vice-versa.
