Sound sync
It's been a year since I first noticed it, and some other users of the app complained about it but the sound sync probleme is still here in 2022. Shameful. I want a refund immediately

While the content is great, and I love the possibility to have so much information during a race the app is full of bugs, constantly disconnecting or failing to load even on the most stable internet connections. It doesn’t remember where you left off, and the most infuriating thing I recently discovered is that I can’t watch the live stream or past events while traveling because the app is not supported in the country that I am. So I ended up paying for a service that I am not able to use for two weeks, thus missing two races, for which I payed to see. I am reconsidering if this is worth paying for.
Login problems
Apparently my password is not correct. Reset email takes ages to be sent. Keeps login me out from device. I use same device. Can’t change the password from iPad, or I don’t seem to find were. Quality of the video do not improve even though I let the video load (watching replay). On live I must be sure the video is with red dot or the sound doesn’t match the video. Videos randomly crashes. Sometimes the sound stays in the back even the video was opened again after crash.
