I’m using this app on a iPad Pro 11” with a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter. I’m able to access, copy and open any files from my usb stick, attache them to email, save it locally or directly to gdrive, onedrive, nas, etc. To open files other than txt, pdf, photos, videos, you will need the proper app and the app must be mapped in the FIle Explorer (by the producer of the app).
It realy does the things that are described. With this app I don’t need to take my laptop when I’m on vacation :) therefore 1.5kg less to carry on. It also supports mapping of the shared network drives (in my case I need to open the VPN connection first).
Just what I need
FileExplorer Pro is doing a great job: stable, reliable, responsive, great transfer speed with external storages (my mbp, my aptc).
