I made 2 purchase, it says “it was a problem” but the money was withdrawn, please Look at it

Great game, but I lose interest over time.

I played this game a lot of times, each time I am in love with this game, play for 1 week then I uninstall it (there is no cloud save or maybe it doesn’t work properly, if you uninstall you lose your progress and it is frustrating). Reason? It’s not keeping me engaged or interested. I enjoy playing my first career, my second one OK but the third one becomes repetitive. The only way to stop the repetition of the gameplay is to play A LOT of careers to upgrade your starting stats so you can sign for really good teams earlier. I even paid some money to progress faster but there was no difference. In my opinion there should be a chance when you start your career to play for a top team academy and be a wonder talent and rise to the first team(your stats progress very fast since you have a reall good academy) or there should be some big offers from top clubs even when you are low rated (exchange the matches not played with rating rising fast). So basically I enjoy playing but it gets repetitive since it’s almost impossible to have a really good career without playing this game very often.
