Mini versions: “Bear” & “Luna”

Very compact, powerful and “battery life” is very good. It’s my first Foreo devices ever and I’m 10/10 satisfied ♥️ Yes, sometimes it’s pinching you a little bit - but for me it’s ok (micro current).

Something is wrong with the app

I have a Luna play smart and since the app has been updated, it doesn’t let me to analize my face. And Luna play smart doesn’t even apear in the list of the devices, but still the app have found my device, but i can’t do anything anymore.

I can’t update my routine

The app is very bad. When I try to update my routine on my Luna fofo the app starts with the right cheek an even if the fofo is in the air or on the table it measures something. Like the app is working alone. And it will not pass to the other parts of the face, it remains on the right one.
The second problem is that the app is not recording the number of uses per day doesn’t matter how often I use the device it remains on 0.0.
I tried all the possible things, I deletd the app and reinstaled it, I closed my phone, I turnd off bluetooth and restart the phone. Nothing works.
This is a very bad app and if you to contact the company a robit is responding to your mssages and this doesn’t help.

Hi Stefania! It's a shame that you've had such a bad experience with the app! About recording the number of uses per day, how often do you analyse your skin? We suggest performing th skin analysis before each time you cleanse your skin. That way, the app collects as much information as possible and can provide the most accurate results. Regarding the app seeming to work alone and freezing on the right cheek, I do have one final troubleshooting option you can try, Have you changed your device's batteries? Maybe all that is needed is a simple battery change. The Luna Fofo runs on two AAA batteries - you should see the screws on the bottom of the device. I hope this helps! Best, Luca
