I love this game but I have an issue I don’t know how to fix
Hello
I want to say that I love this game, but there’s an issue that happens repeatedly. I put all ocs to default boy so it would be easier to make ocs. I close the app, and after a very long time it’s resetting. The ID changes, the presets reappear (basically, it resets entirely, like I just installed the app).
Please, fix this issue. It never happened to me before and I don’t know how to fix it.

I love this game
Gacha life is one of my favorite games. From what I’ve heard Lunime won’t add any new games or updates. If somehow lunime sees this there is a glitch and if you can add one thing if it’s not to much (two things-). First when I was on my phone after I made a new oc and closed the game it was gone and my friend said this has happened to her too. I really whant you to add a ring and this is a LOT but I really whant at the eyes to show only boy eyes but you can chose somewhere if you whant eyelashes or not. And yes I know that lunime won’t see this but I’m just a kid so let me dream my dreams

Hello! I was trying to make a contest with my younger sister and she tried putting shorts on her character. But then she tried changing her character’s skin color, but the colors weren’t there! We tried every combination of shorts (which were BLACK and YELLOW), but the skin problem was still there. PLEASE let us use skin colors for our character’s skin when we are wearing shorts! App is great though, but it would be greater if we could actually use the shorts..
