Stable, and functional
I’ll just say what I don’t like with the app.
I don’t like it has bug with the GPS feature: it doesn’t allow the watch to access GPS data when the iPhone setting is on “only when using the app”. The setting must be always on. I found a way around, but I still don’t like that.
The other thing I don’t like. And I don’t like it quite a lot: on the watch, the double tap to confirm you want the start an activity. I’m already there after several steps, dude, start the activity tracking already.
Never missed a beat. Pun intended
Super stable app, perfectly complementing Garmin wearables. A hidden treasure of workout ideas. All no nonsense, intuitive companion for the health conscious. PS. Works just as well with lots of non-Garmin sensors and devices. Integrated the heart rate sensor on my Garmin Fenix watch with cycle data from my Elite Direto trainer, helped create a customized workout routine and uploaded it into the watch in no time.

The app is getting better and better. The only thing which I now see possible to improve is the reconnecting once the connection is lost. Sometimes this is not happening automatically and either the blowtorch link needs to be refreshed in the settings )this is less and less with the last updates) , either the Garmin app has to be terminated and restarted. I am referring to IPhone 11 Pro Max. Otherwise, thank you guys for the effort and the great experience.
I am going on my own routines and usually don’t need any helpful gadgets. But for a while now you convinced me to use this. I am surprised, nicely, and see benefits .
