Full with limitations

I am very mad because for some reason on product didn’t add into my bag and after I placed the order I looked at the list and did Not find the product - which was the main ingredient for the dinner what I wanted to prepare. I contacted immediate the helpline and the Lady told me that nobody picked up the phone when she was trying to contact the store! What a shame- you have an app, and service center people are not able to modify the order directly in the app? I canceled the order after I complained to the Lady… I wanted to unsubscribe also, but I told myself that I should give another chance to it…
Moreover, the product list is not even one fourth of the variety what the store has… this also could be improved! I guess it is too hard to work with databases!
I am disappointed, I had bigger expectations!

Wasted second chance

First dissapointment: receiving an order, a bag of food, OFF THE GROUND after a poor courier had a trafic accident. I feel sorry for the courier (not injured badly), I even told them it’s ok to pay a second time for the same order (although rightly would have been to get a new order for free) and tTHEY STILL SEND ANOTHER COURIER WITH THE BAG WITH FOOD THAT HE FOUND ON THE GROUND NEXT TO THE ACCIDENT (luckily for me that courier was a nice man who told me the truth and I obviously threw away the bag). I contacted their customer service to complain (not expecting much, but as an insider in the horeca business I expected an apology first of all and then maybe an offer) and I got no apology but only a 10 lei off the next order (which almost just covers the transportation fee). I got mad and deleted the app.
Later, I decided to give them a second chance. All good and well, have been using the app again for a while and today they just wasted that second chance! I was on my way home and ordered something in the hopes it would arrive at the same time as myself. 15 min later I was close to my house and still no courier was found. I contacte them to cancel the order as I decided to make a small detour and go buy the things myself. They told me they had to charge me the cost of transportation. What?! I hope the person reading this from Glovo will not need further explanation as how pathetic that is. Thanks but no thanks Glovo!

Better go get it yourself

this app was good in the beginning. But at this point its faster and better to go buy it yourself or make something at home. The orders arrive late and with the food cold, most of the time they forget to bring you something, and dont even waste your time trying to talk to an assistant. Ive had my fair share of problems with them, but the last month is been hell trying to solve a simple issue. Ive ordered food, it took them 1 and a half hour to arrive, without the second part, making me wait for another 40 minutes. Talked to an assistant, they told me is nothing they can do and that they’ll send the problem to a higher level, and so i will receive an email in 2-3 days. Heard nothing so i left it there, got over it. Today i ordered again, to wait for an astonishing 1h and 40 minutes to arrive cold. “Talked” to an assistant and nothing. same thing. Why? Because they just press the same lines in the protocol so you leave them alone. They dont have the least interest to solve your issue. Its sad because money does not grow on trees, and some people make such effort to earn them, while others are ignorant and just dont care. But how could you care if you get paid pressing random buttons for story lines to send to a customer. Shame
