Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
App keeps desynchronizing and all devices are missing from the main screen. Also, no Add new device button is available. The only way to solve it, is to do a logout and a login back. This is frustrating and is happening more often in the last period. I’m also not able to submit feedback from the app🤦♂️. Might be because I’m using multiple devices?
Someone needs to fix this
I have 2 ac units which are wonderful. The app though is dumber than a lighter. The pairing process takes an eternity and then fails. Tried with different phones, same results. After 1 hour and a lot of swearing i managed to connect them manually. A few days later i open the app, no ac is shown because the app has decided to log me out. Try to login, request time out. Even when i’m logged in, when i open the app it takes about 30 seconds for the app to get updated with what the ac is doing at the moment. I would get quicker results if i’d call a neighbor and sent him to change the ac setting. In it’s current state the app is a joke
WiFi is not working properly
It worked great for some time but 2 days ago the problem started. I couldn t turn on the device so started all over from the scratch: reinstall app, reset wifi appliance etc.. add device manually…in the end the device couldn t be found, searching Failed. Dunno what to do next.
