After many updates and talks to your customer service, the issue of the apps freezing it still unsolved. The issue actually only happens in the following scenario: every time after I check the in-store availability of an item, not even 5 seconds later, the app fully freezes and needs a restart. Also I noticed recently that my favorites list has been reset for no reason.. also, why is it that you can only add a limited number of items? It would be a great idea to expand that limit.

I got logged out of my account. Tried to login again using the same email and password I have used for a long time - I got an error saying that either the email or password are wrong - Weird! I then changed the password and guess what? After properly changing it, I tried logging in with the email and the new password and I got the same error!Tried from the browser (Google Chrome), got that same error again!I deleted and reinstalled the app, changed the password a few more times, but to no avail.Tried changing the password also from Safari, which I did successfully and I was able to log into my account with the new password.Guess what happened next? I got disconnected automatically and tried to log in again with the email and new password and got that same “Email or password is wrong” error once again! This would be hilarious if it wasn’t so tragic. What is happening with the app? It’s the worst bug I have ever seen, what are the developers doing?Also, before this issue started happening, I was not able to see my favourite items or the items added to my cart if I left the app if I didn’t somehow trick it by adding a new random item to the cart. This is unbelievable… please do something or just quit.

It’s been a couple of days now since the appplication is not working properly!Every time I want to check what is new, the app is asking me to sing in (although I have saved my password for the account) and although I am doing everything properly, it shows me that an error happened and I cannot access my account! Please solve the issues! You are loosing customers!
Takes a while to load & Missing some important features

Besides the fact that the app loads poorly and sometimes gives errors when too many people are logged in, it's missing some important information.The information I would like to check is the size the model is wearing and the measurements for each product and size, as well as being able to check the store availability for the products I'm interested in. Another bothering thing is that H&M are the only ones that make you ship the order back to the warehouse in case of a return and refund, instead of allowing the customers to return the products in the store. You should really accommodate this, like all the popular brands do as it will save your clients a lot of hustle.
