Great, but

I really like the app, but the thing that frustrates me the most is the black bars around the app. Are you guys working on optimizing the app for the iPad pros 2018 with the rounded the corner? The new iPads have been around for sometime and yet you still haven’t updated the app for them. It’s a shame that you can’t watch properly anything on the app without those ugly bars around them. Love you guys and I hope you will respond and update the app soon.

For the moment, this is the way the application is suposed to work. We hope that this will change in the future.

Good app but needs improvement after the last update!

Since the last update of this app, it doesn't work properly anymore... I'm starting to watch a movie or a tv show and sometimes it simply stops working and gets out at the main screen of my tablet. It doesn't logs me off but it stops working. Ok... I access te app again, I go to the movie or tv show that I was watching, I "click" on it, the movie it's starting and I start to seek manualy the scene where the app was stop working but when I move forward the cursor, it shows for a second the image and then the app crashes again... stops working again. This situation it very anoying. Practically, in order to watch the whole movie or tv show episode, I have to watch it from the begining, because if I try to seek through the movie the app stops working. Please fix this! Before the last update the app was working like a charm and I would give it 5 stars with no doubt. But now... 3 stars at most! I have an iPad with I.O.S 9.3.5

Needs big improvements

This app really tests your patience. Sometimes it works and even though is not the best app, you can do your job with it. But when it doesn’t work, it gets really frustrating. I had to uninstall and install again the app today only to open it- i received “invalid email error” and i had no options to reconnect. I downloaded again the app and logged in, using, of course, the same email address as I had previously. When I tried to cast a movie on my TV, it said i have to connect again due to inactivity ( when I just logged in like 30 seconds before). After logging in and out for a few time, I managed to start the movie on my phone, but not to cast it. I closed the app, tried again 2 minutes after, i’m back to the first step, not able to open the app at all due to my invalid email address.
