Guys fix the app ASAP please
I don’t believe it’s the Romanian version of the app that has this issue. Probably the problem is much bigger than this. Please talk to the team behind the iOS app to fix streaming errors and no network connection errors on iOS 17 ASAP. Just got a new iPhone with iOS 17 and the older iPhone with iOS 16 had the same app but with no networking errors. It’s almost impossible to watch a movie without having 2-4 interruptions. As a developer myself o understand this situation but as a customer it’s very frustrating.
Horrible user experience
The way this app keeps interrupting the shows with “something went wrong” error message and nothing else, and refuses to work again and just gets stuck showing the error message it’s extremely frustrating as a user. I restart the app, uninstall and reinstall, but the error message refuses to disappear and the app doesn’t play any show/movie/we. What should I do as a user with an error message that doesn’t tell me anything? How should I continue to use this app when I can’t play anything? And this issue is very similar to an issue on the web app where the front page keeps getting rerouted to an error message screen. Horrible experience. Please prioritise this replay problem it’s extremely frustrating for the user.

Please solve these
First thing that i didn’t see when I click on a movie is the TRAILER of that movie, guys it’s a movie app, and I’m talking for both iOS and TV app.
It’s true some movies does have trailer but it’s a button for that when it should be the main thing when you click a movie.
Second Dolby audio isn’t recognized by the home cinema amplifier, and it’s not the amplifie’s fault, on Netflix it auto-detects and changes to 7.1 Dolby
