I love this game, but in the past week it has updated twice while I was mid game. The game just crashes and prompts to go to the App Store. Update takes too long so I can’t go back to the game (I was buying minions for the final game with the last standing opponent in Battlefields). Once it finished- there was no recording of the game I guess since my score didn’t update (the least I should get is the second place). There were other issues before. I’m unable to connect with friends, sometimes the game erases all of my data. I wrote to support and attached screenshots. It’s been over 7 months now and nobody has ever replied. It bums me out that I’m unable to play with friends even though I had to jump a thousand hoops to register legitimately.

I’ve been downloading all the top games on appstore until i found hearthstone cca 2.5 yrs ago.. i never downloaded a single game after that. Great game, very well thought. To all the people complaining about cards, it’s really not that important to have dozens of legendaries. I frequently reach rank 10 and above on my accounts on asia/america (where i don’t have many cards). Also, my europe collection is almost full and i only spent cca 70 eur on the game (10 on the starter pack, 50 on the latest expansion, and maybe about 10 here and there on an arena or a few card packs)Thumbs up Blizzard! Now bring warcraft 4!

I frequently reach rank 10 and above on my accounts on asia/america (where i don’t have many cards). Also, my europe collection is almost full and i only spent cca 70 eur on the game (10 on the starter pack, 50 on the latest expansion, and maybe about 10 here and there on an arena or a few card packs)Thumbs up Blizzard! Now bring warcraft 4!

Hearthstone as a game is nice, the app is not helping at all with that. Crashes, updates mid game, battery drain and my personal most disliked problem - huge updates in game and not in the app store. This entire app gets reinstalled several times for one expansion. Furthermore it updates in the app store automatically and then when you start the game it needs to do a couple more Gbs in updates there. Updates which are not automatic and will not be done when you are in range of a Wifi - the only thing that triggers it is starting the app. Why? I don’t want to have an app that shows as updated and ready to run only to have to continue downloading and installing when I run it. And I certainly don’t want this to happen several times per expansion lunch.
