App doesnt work

I loved the game but when i changed my iphone 7 to an iphone XS the app only downloads to 98% and then says “cannot connect to the server, check your internet connection” even though my internet works. So i haven’t been able to play anymore :(
I don’t know where to upload the photo. In the “hidden hotel support” window on the site there isn’t an option for uploading photos

Not working

So I haven’t used it in a while and when I open the app it takes a lot to load but that’s not the problem, when it lodes into that elevator the app crashes. I will reinstall and see what will happen. But leaving this behind I love the app it’s really fun! (I opened the app after I reinstalled and it’s the same)

Problems with the game

Hi. I've been playing this game for more than 5 years and I've never had a problem with it on any phone. I recently changed my phone to an iphone 14 pro and started having more and more problems with the game. some time ago, I entered the game as usual, only to be surprised that I was reset to the first level. (I was at level 1000 or more). now I reached level 900 again and the game started to crash so hard that every time I enter the application it crashes and takes me out. I hope you can do something about this. thank you!
