Terrible experience
I used your services for the first time yesterday and it was an awful experience.
I installed the app, unlocked the scooter and wanted to enjoy the ride, but the scooter wouldn't accelerate past 6km/h, which is about my walking speed.
This was for the first minute or two, then it wouldn't accelerate at all. It didn't worked anymore, and yes, I know to use a scooter. I own one, and I've used countless of times scooter rental services and apps.
So being in between parking places, I had to push the scooter to the next parking place. As if this wasn't enough already, the scooter wasn't rolling freely as I was pushing it, it was like regen braking was applied, which made pushing the thing even harder.
In the end I was taxed 5.55 Euros for pushing the scooter from one parking place to another.
