Cannot log in
Cannot log in. App opens the web browser but no page is displayed to log in my account.
They have removed ALL printer settings
They have actually removed one of the options called "Printer Settings" which appeared in a rectangle along all the other options in the app. On their forum posts, in screenshots of the app, it's still visible....
With removing "Printer Settings", they've removed the only way to set the default paper size and orientation for the printer itself, among countless other curicial settings, so that when you place an A5 paper horizontally into the printer, it will always assume it's in portrait mode...
Printer companies are the vilest companies there are, to call them anti-consumer doesn't even begin to describe just how much they hate us. HP for example, requires you to create an account before being able to use the in-built scanner on a printer you bought. Everything you scan they want to get a copy of as well...
only their cartridge works
hp used to work with compatibe cartridges or at least refill the ones you have, a reason for accepting a premium price for buying the printer compared to other brands. now they joined the likes to including chips on cartridges and have to pay 4-5x more on their branded ones than regular. not to mention that the printer also costed 3x more than other similar options, but I said I will save on refills.. greed is what will make you lose money and clients
