iCSee 4+

After last week updates, the cams are not having sound and cameras video streaming are getting stuck often and needs app restart.

Please try switching to another stable network. It is recommended to install the device and connect to a stable network within a range of 10 meters. If the issue persists, please send feedback to the customer service center on the homepage of the app for further assistance and resolution.

Since August the application has a lot of periods when it’s not working. When I try to login I have the message “Network error”. I have 4 cameras using iCSee, in 2 different locations, all have the same behavior. Definitively it’s not a local network issue. I try to reinstall the application and it doesn't solve the issue. From time to time it’s coming back and it becomes functional. After the same issue appears. Overall the system becomes unreliable, I regret the money invested.

Update 25/09: the Developer response proves they even don’t understand the issue. The 4 cameras are connected on 2.4G, I’m aware they are not compatible with 5G. Again: the issue is on the iCSee application, installed on 2 iphones and one iPad. Sometimes the application is working sometimes not (“Network error” on Login)

IcSEE it s a crap app….the cameras don t work properly.
They dont give alarmes (probaly the motion sensors are the issue), the camera dorsen t wake up when requested (it s charging until 99% and remains there, it doesen t open)
Although i have inserted an sd card in the camera, it doesen t record the alarms on thecard, they ask u to purchase cloud storage for extra cost…. Money wasted on the solar camera and also on the card :(

I recomand cameras with Ubox app…they work properly, and it doesen t force you to buy cloud storage.
